Summary:
Med Fanavaran Plus (SIMUT), a manufacturer of ultrasound machines, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and implementing staff training and recruitment programs, as well as resolving organizational problems. The position requires a strong understanding of English and experience in a human resources role.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Plan and implement staff training and development programs
Resolve organizational problems and conflicts
Foster a positive and productive work environment
Maintain HR records and reports
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
6+ years of experience in a human resources role
Experience in planning and implementing staff training and recruitment programs
Ability to resolve organizational problems and conflicts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
