Description:
A1 Capital seeks a visionary Business Development Manager to lead our solar power projects' fundraising, economic analysis, and investor relations efforts. This critical leadership role will shape the company’s financial strategy, engage with investors, and support the successful financing of renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies for fundraising and investor engagement.
Source and develop leads into viable investment prospects.
Lead economic analysis, including financial modeling and risk assessments.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling pitch materials for roadshows and meetings.
Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Renewable Energy, Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development, fundraising, or project finance.
Proven track record of successfully raising capital for medium to large-scale projects.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools and investor communication platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
