We are seeking a specialized professional to join the Filimo Marketing team as a Brand Executive. This role is responsible for the flawless execution of brand campaigns, tracking the brand roadmap, and coordinating with teams and stakeholders to ensure the availability of brand guidelines and materials. The Brand Exe. plays a critical role in maintaining brand integrity through effective management and continuous improvement of brand assets, requiring strong marketing and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Execution and Monitoring of Brand Campaigns:
- Oversee the implementation of brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy
- Track brand campaign performance and provide reports
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and high-quality brand campaign execution
Coordination and Planning of Brand Roadmap Execution:
- Monitor the execution of the brand roadmap by tracking milestones and deliverables
- Regularly update the roadmap based on changes or new projects
Guideline Management:
- Continuously update and improve brand guidelines to ensure they meet current needs
- Identify and address gaps in branding materials and tools
Management and Distribution of Brand Assets:
- Ensure all stakeholders have access to updated brand assets, such as logos, templates, and images
- Coordinate with the creative team for timely updates and distribution of brand materials
Stakeholder Support and Training:
- Act as the main point of contact for brand standards-related queries from teams
- Plan and conduct workshops or training sessions to ensure stakeholders are informed about brand guidelines
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the Creative Manager and Brand Compliance Manager to ensure seamless brand implementation
- Prepare monthly reports on campaign progress, asset usage, and adherence to brand guidelines

Job Requirements

- Experience working with agencies is a plus
