Role Overview
As our Front-end Developer, you will be the architect of exceptional user experiences by crafting responsive, dynamic, and engaging interfaces using Vue.js. You’ll work in a fast-paced, agile environment, taking full end-to-end ownership of your projects—from initial design through deployment and beyond. Your role will not only involve coding but also collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, full-stack developers, and product managers to create solutions that are as robust as they are innovative.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & Maintain Applications: Build high-quality, scalable web applications using Vue.js, ensuring robust performance and seamless integration with back-end services.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, product, and back-end) to translate design concepts into functional, user-friendly interfaces.
End-to-End Ownership: Take responsibility for the entire development lifecycle—from planning and coding to testing, deployment, and post-launch maintenance.
Agile Development: Participate actively in agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Code Quality & Best Practices: Uphold and advocate for high coding standards by performing code reviews, writing unit tests, and integrating continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, contributing to the evolution of our technical stack and overall strategy.
 
Required Qualifications
Vue.js Expertise: Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience developing applications using Vue.js.
Front-end Fundamentals: Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
State Management: Experience with state management libraries such as Vuex.
Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive, mobile-first design principles.
API Integration: Familiarity with consuming RESTful APIs and integrating front-end interfaces with back-end systems.
Agile Mindset: Prior experience working in agile development teams, with a proactive, iterative approach to development.
