Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and agendas for executive meetings.
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO and senior staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Assist in project management and follow-up on action items.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in office management or executive support roles.
- Professional appearance and grooming with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
