We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualitative Market Research Expert to join our
market research team. This professional will specialize in designing, moderating, and analyzing
qualitative research studies, such as focus groups, in-depth interviews, and ethnographic research,
to uncover valuable consumer insights.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in qualitative research methodologies, excellent
facilitation skills, and the ability to leverage tools to translate findings into actionable strategies
that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, and execute qualitative market research projects, including focus groups, indepth interviews, and ethnographic studies
• Develop research tools, such as discussion guides, participant screeners, and interview
protocols, tailored to specific business objectives.
• Facilitate and moderate focus group sessions and other qualitative research activities,
ensuring unbiased and productive discussions.
• Analyze qualitative data to identify themes, trends, and actionable insights
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively
communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate qualitative insights into broader
market research initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in qualitative research
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a
related field.
• 3+ years of experience in qualitative market research, including focus groups and other
qualitative methodologies.
• Expertise in qualitative research methods and tools to analyze focus groups and generate
insights.
• Exceptional facilitation and moderation skills, with the ability to create a comfortable and
engaging environment for participants.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate qualitative data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisionmaking at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset and a passion for understanding consumer behavior and market
dynamics.
