Job Description

As a Digital Devices Technical Specialist within the After-Sales Service unit at Snap Shop, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert technical support for a wide range of digital devices. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough physical examinations and initial technical assessments of returned devices, enabling accurate diagnosis of issues and effective resolution of customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Assessment: Perform comprehensive initial technical tests on various digital devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic equipment, to identify functionality and performance issues.
• Physical Inspection: Conduct detailed physical inspections of returned devices to evaluate their condition and determine the necessary steps for repair or replacement.
• Data Management: Accurately document and maintain records of accepted devices in the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible for future reference.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their concerns, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Snap Shop.
• Guideline Development: Collaborate with the team to create and refine technical and warranty guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Brand Familiarity: Strong knowledge of leading brands and models in the digital device market.
