Product Manager

Azkisarmayeh  a subsidiary of Azki is a dynamic startup in the wealth management sector, focused on innovative products including investment funds, crowdfunding, and other asset classes
We are seeking a sharp and driven Intermediate Product Manager who can take on the management of selected product line while bridging technical and design disciplines. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager and CPO, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of our product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities

- Product Line Management:Oversee the tactical execution of assigned selected product line and  features.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps in alignment with strategic goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineering, design, Marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Technical & Design Integration:
• Understand technical constraints and design principles to effectively communicate requirements.
• Participate in product design reviews and provide feedback to ensure a seamless user experience.

- Task & Project Management:

• Utilize task management tool (Jira) to organize, prioritize, and track product development tasks.
• Maintain thorough product documentation, ensuring that all updates, decisions, and changes are well recorded.

- Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Analyze user feedback, market trends, and product performance metrics to inform product enhancements.
• Assist in setting measurable KPIs and tracking progress against them.

Requirements
- Experience & Skills:

• 2-4 years of product management experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and task prioritization.
• Familiarity with technical and design processes, including agile development cycles.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical, design, and operational teams.

- Knowledge Areas:

• Proficient with product documentation best practices.
• Experience with task management and collaboration tools.
• A good grasp of product analytics and data-driven decision-making.

- Preferred Domain Experience:

• Wealth-Tech or Fin-Tech Experience: The ideal candidate should have experience in the wealth-tech or fintech sectors, providing them with an understanding of financial products, regulatory environments, and market dynamics specific to these industries.

• Boundaries & Role Scope

- Domain Focus:

• You will be responsible for the tactical management of  the designated product line, particularly crowdfunding project.
• Your focus will be on executing the defined product roadmap and ensuring that day-to-day operational tasks are managed efficiently.

- Collaboration & Oversight:

• Work under the collaborating of the CPO
• You are expected to operate within the established product management framework and use the existing task management and documentation tools.

- Autonomy & Accountability:

• While you will have the autonomy to manage your product backlog and its development procedure coordinating with related teams, 
• You will be accountable for meeting specific KPIs and ensuring the timely delivery of features, with regular reporting.
