Senior UI-UX Designer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled UI-UX Designer who can create engaging, user-centered designs that drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.


Responsibilities:

• Design User Interfaces: Develop wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design specifications for web and mobile applications.

• User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct user research, create user personas, and design user flows to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure design solutions meet business goals.
• Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
• Feedback and Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in UI/UX design.
• Experience with Front-end Development: Basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative and cross-functional team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
• Proficiency in user research and the ability to articulate design decisions based on user needs and business goals.
• Ability to effectively understand and prioritize user needs and experiences to deliver meaningful solutions.
