Business Data Analyst

Position Overview:  
We seek an experienced Senior Business Data Analyst with a strong background in business analytics and a proven track record of driving data-informed growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leveraging data to solve complex business challenges, optimize performance, and support strategic decision-making.

 Key Responsibilities:  
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.  
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance.  
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (marketing, sales, finance, operations) to define data needs and deliver insights.  
- Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and predictive models.  
- Conduct A/B testing, customer segmentation, and ROI analysis to support data-driven strategies.  
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and increase revenue.  
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in business analytics.  

 Required Qualifications:  
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.  
- Proven track record of driving business growth through data analysis in a corporate or startup environment.  
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Metabase).  
- Experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and A/B testing.  
- Deep understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and customer behavior analysis.  
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.  
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.  

Preferred Qualifications:  
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or high-growth startups.  
- Knowledge of machine learning applications in business contexts.
