Position Title : Reception / Guard
Duty Station : Tehran, Iran
Appointment : Special long term, one year with possibility of extension (subject to funding) Estimated Start Date : As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities
Security Recommendations: Recommend countermeasures to enhance the security of people, assets, and processes in collaboration with Operations teams.
Policy Implementation: Manage and enforce security policies and procedures, applying professional security standards to protect people, property, information, and the company's reputation.
Compliance Monitoring: Monitor daily activities to ensure adherence to prescribed procedures and implement security best practices.
Personnel Inspection: Conduct daily inspections of security personnel to ensure compliance with uniform dress codes and maintain high standards.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, analyze data, and provide solutions for customer and departmental issues.
Service Level Compliance: Ensure all critical service levels and contractual obligations are met, reporting deviations through an incident report framework.
Policy Collaboration: Collaborate in implementing security policies and data protection laws as applicable.
Teamwork: develops and promotes effective collaboration within and across units to achieve shared goals and optimize results.
Delivering results: produces and delivers quality results in a service-oriented and timely manner; is action oriented and committed to achieving agreed outcomes.

· Certifications: Relevant certification courses related to security measures and norms in an advantage
