Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies with a focus on growth and branding.
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor the performance of digital channels and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI.
• Manage and optimize SEO and SEM to increase organic traffic.
• Execute content strategies, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Analyze marketing data, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and more.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to execute engaging and targeted campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and increase user engagement.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in startups or the fintech/lendtech industry.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website optimization techniques.
• Advanced data analysis skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and BI Tools.
• Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize costs for maximum impact.
• Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with graphic design tools and digital content creation is a plus.
