Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface of our platform. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user-friendly designs. Your work will directly impact homeowners, contractors, and service professionals by making complex processes simple and engaging. Responsibilities

• Set up end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product design, identify gaps, and forecast future requirements based on user needs and business goals.
• Strategically balance user experience goals with technical constraints, collaborating with engineers to ensure feasible and scalable design solutions without compromising usability or aesthetics.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Work closely with a cross-functional, cross-regional team of developers, business owners, marketers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve the user experience continuously.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Proven track record in designing complex, data-driven platforms, ideally within construction or renovation industries.
• Proficiency in design tools (preferably Figma).
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, user research methodologies, and interaction design.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (intermediate+ English skills), and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
