We are looking for an eager Front-End Developer to join our team to build and manage test automation frameworks and infrastructure for complex enterprise applications. In this role you will create, execute, and maintain automated tests to ensure product stability and minimize bugs; and actively participate in Scrum sprints, working closely with developers and product teams to uphold high-quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Lead cutting-edge test automation initiatives using tools like Cypress, playwright, JMeter, K6, Grafana, and Xray.
• Foster a collaborative, Agile-driven environment where testing and quality assurance are integral to product success.
• Mentor and guide teams through automation best practices and modern testing methodologies, including ATDD and TDD.
• Ensure strong knowledge and application of ISTQB testing principles to enhance quality standards across projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding and practical application of Agile Testing methodologies and ISTQB principles.
• Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, Cucumber, and Gherkin. Experience with performance testing tools like K6 and Grafana.
• Familiarity with test management and CI/CD tools such as Jira, Xray, GitLab, or similar alternatives.
• A passion for continuous learning and a growth mindset.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is considered a significant advantage.
