Join Our Team: Foreign Trade Employee
We are a trading company located in the heart of Tehran, specializing in the supply and import of equipment and parts for the Steel, Oil and Gas, Aviation, and Marine industries. We’re seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Vendor Sourcing: Conduct global online searches to identify sources and vendors for various brands and products. Communicate via email to establish connections and gather essential information.
- Follow-ups: Handle ongoing telephone communications in English and Persian to address inquiries, resolve issues, and obtain quotations. (Must have EXCELLENT telephone skills).
- Order Management: Manage correspondence, orders, delivery, shipping, and import processes in English while ensuring timely and smooth delivery to customers.
- Office & Event Coordination: Assist with office management tasks, collaborate with vendors, and help plan both internal and external events.
- Administrative Support: Provide direct administrative assistance to the CEO.
- Additional Tasks: Take on other responsibilities as needed to support overall business objectives.
Your Skills And Experience :

- Exceptional Communication: Superior customer service, telephone, and written communication skills.
- Multitasking Pro: Proven ability to thrive under pressure, manage complex tasks creatively, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, Outlook, and using office equipment (e.g., printers, and scanners).
- Team Player: Strong teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn.
- Flexible & Friendly: Open to challenges, adaptable, patient, and approachable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Academic degree and/or work experience in technical fields (e.g., Aviation Engineering, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or Industry...) is a significant advantage.
- Ability to read and analyze English technical catalogs, datasheets, and drawings.
- Non-smoker
- A clean record certificate is required.
