We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Graphic Designer with expertise in graphic design and video content creation. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the graphics and motion team, enhancing brand visual standards, and optimizing design processes. This position is ideal for a creative, organized professional with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team and oversee projects, providing technical and creative guidance.
• Develop and implement design strategies, brainstorm for advertising campaigns, analyze trends, and create innovative visual content.
• Manage projects and optimize content, plan and organize processes based on data and feedback.
• Edit and optimize video content, including short- and long-form videos for websites and social media.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
