

Position: Marketing Manager
Reports to: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
• User Acquisition & Growth: Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies to drive platform user base growth to achieve aggressive targets.
• Brand Building: Strengthen platform's brand presence in the market through compelling content, social media engagement, and thought leadership.
• Campaign Management: Create and manage data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, search, influencers, etc.), ensuring high engagement and user conversion.
• Content Strategy: Drive content creation (blog posts, videos, ads) to educate and engage new users on platform benefits and unique value propositions.
• Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with external brands, influencers, and media partners to enhance brand visibility and drive acquisition.
• Analytics & Optimization: Continuously track campaign performance, optimize tactics, and provide insights to leadership on marketing ROI.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in user acquisition and growth for tech or SaaS companies.
• In-depth knowledge of social media and digital marketing landscape.
• Strong creative skills and ability to develop compelling campaigns.
• Experience with AI products or tech solutions is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• A passion for innovation and driving change in people’s daily lives.
