Responsibilities:

• Gather, clean, and maintain employee data from various HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors).
• Analyze workforce trends related to hiring, attrition, engagement, performance, DEI, and more.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and regular HR reports to inform business decisions.
• Translate data findings into easy-to-understand recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Apply statistical techniques and machine learning models to forecast trends like turnover or workforce planning.
• Continuously refine models to improve predictive accuracy.
• Maintain data privacy and security standards, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations like GDPR.
• Support audit and compliance requirements related to employee data.
• Use BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), HRIS systems, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SQL) to perform advanced analysis.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within HR data processes.
• Stay current on trends in people analytics and HR tech.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar field.
• Experience working with HR data and systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with statistical tools or languages (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
