Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
• Manage employee relations by handling grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Support HR operations, including payroll, compensation & benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Contribute to learning & development initiatives, supporting employee upskilling and career growth.
• Maintain HR records and documentation to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with department managers to develop employee engagement and retention strategies.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or related HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with payroll, compensation, and performance management systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
