Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master with a strong technical background to facilitate Agile processes within our tech teams. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth collaboration between development squads, fostering a high-performing environment, and bridging communication gaps between the Technical team and the other teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and lead Agile frameworks (Scrum) to enhance team productivity.
Act as a facilitator between the technical team and the other teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder development progress.
Guide teams in adopting best practices in Agile development and continuous improvement.
Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
Work closely with backend (Python) and frontend (React Native) developers to improve Agile workflows.
Track and analyze team performance metrics, using data to drive efficiency improvements.
Facilitating daily scrums, sprint reviews, sprint planning, and sprint retrospective meetings.
Empowering and assuring the team is productive and functional
Removing barriers or impediments
Reporting team capacity,velocity and sprint progress
Developing and motivating team members
Ensure the technical vision aligns with business goals, working closely with the Product and Tech teams.
Technical Background:
Strong understanding of software development processes
Agile & Scrum Expertise:
2+ years of experience in Agile project management.
Deep knowledge of Scrum, and Agile methodologies.
Sound knowledge and experience of Agile work management tools (Jira).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work with technical manager, acting as a bridge between teams.
Strong problem-solving mindset and leadership abilities.
