UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the user experience and interface design for our cloud services. Your focus will be on creating intuitive, impactful, and innovative solutions for both web and mobile applications, aligning with business goals and delivering seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

●  Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs.
Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and prototypes using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
●  Develop and maintain a consistent design system.
●  Conduct user research, analyze data, and perform usability testing to validate design decisions.
●  Define UX strategies that meet both user needs and business objectives.
●  Participate in design reviews and refine your designs based on feedback.
●  Support development teams during design handoffs, ensuring clarity in design specifications.
●  Continuously improve design processes and workflows for greater efficiency and impact.
●  Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry standards.
●  Advocate for a user-centered approach in all aspects of design and development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

●  2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
●  Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and processes.
●  Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
●  Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
●  Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
●   Familiarity with design systems and consistent design practices.
●   Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
●  Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, user-friendly designs.
●  Understanding of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
●  A passion for continuous learning and growth in design.

Nice-to-Have:

●  Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive web apps.
●  Familiarity with cloud services.
●  Experience designing panels for B2B or enterprise applications.
●  Interest in AI and how it can enhance user experiences.
