Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp and implement essential strategies and techniques. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing the product architecture, leveraging your strong understanding of application architecture to guide cross-functional teams toward achieving impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap and break it down into OKRs and KPIs. 
• Collaborate and align with internal stakeholders on requirements, including Business, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Be on top of business priorities and change the roadmap to support new business priorities. 
• Participate in scrum meetings (standups, retrospectives, etc.) and ensure complete documentation of Jira. 
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including the CEO, on updates on roadmaps/sprints/new releases.   

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years experience
• Passion for working on complex topics that require thinking about the complete business and product processes. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations. 
• Have technical proficiency, i.e. understand software development processes and can clearly outline logic and methods.
• A can-do attitude with excellent problem-solving skills despite tight deadlines or limited resources. 
• Intermediate English conversation and reading skills. 
• Excellent written and spoken Farsi. 
• Great project management.
• Experience with SQL/Python. 
• Experience in logistics and the movement of packages.
