Senior UX Researcher

Senior UX Researcher - 
Propiy is hiring a Senior UX Researcher to lead user research across our forex and prop trading platforms. You'll uncover insights to shape better trader experiences, guide product decisions, and promote a user-first mindset across the team—all in a fast-moving, fintech-driven environment. 
 
Responsibilities: 
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define research objectives, prioritize initiatives, and align research efforts with business goals. 
Inspire and mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous discovery, particularly within the financial trading domain. 
Conduct advanced qualitative and quantitative research to identify the needs of traders and deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making. 
Champion a user-centered design approach with a specific focus on optimizing the experience for forex and prop firm traders. 
Continuously monitor industry trends, trading tools, and global market shifts to drive innovation and relevance in our offerings. 
Present data-driven research findings to stakeholders at all levels to influence product direction and key decisions. 
Define and execute a strategic research roadmap aligned with Propiy’s long-term business objectives and trader experience goals. 
Lead research projects from end to end, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely delivery while taking full accountability for results within your area. 
 
 
Requirements: 
Proven experience as a Senior UX Researcher in a tech-driven or fintech environment. 
Deep understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to choose the most effective approach based on project needs. 
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, practical insights. 
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring UX researchers within a collaborative team setting. 
Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. 
Track record of data-informed decision-making and a direct impact on product development. 
Familiarity with or experience in the forex trading space and proprietary trading firm structures is a strong advantage. 
Experience using behavioral analytics tools such as Hotjar (or similar) is considered a strong plus.
