About the Role:
As the CEO’s assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping keep everything organized and moving forward. From scheduling and communications to follow-ups and supporting operations, your presence will be felt across the company. This is a remote position with flexible working hours, open to both part-time and full-time candidates.

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one—but we do expect perseverance, ownership, and the ability to follow up until things are done.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO with scheduling, communication, and task management
Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Help keep projects and priorities organized
Ideal Candidate:
Reliable, highly organized, and self-motivated
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Clickup, etc.)
Has a “get things done” mindset and strong follow-up habits
Tech-savvy and eager to learn and grow in a startup environment
