SEO Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic
• Execute all aspects of SEO: On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Content SEO
• Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and others
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, content performance evaluation, and identify optimization opportunities
• Design and implement Programmatic SEO strategies to automate SEO processes and achieve scalable results
• Analyze website data using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to track performance and prepare regular, data-driven reports
• Provide professional SEO reports using visual tools like custom dashboards, charts, and tables
• Collaborate closely with content, technical, and marketing teams to align and execute optimization and promotional strategies
• Optimize content for AI-driven search technologies
• Stay up to date with the latest algorithm updates and SEO trends to maintain and improve search rankings
• Assist the CEO in delegated missions and business operations
• Develop and implement effective policies and workflows
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and provide actionable improvement suggestions

• Proficiency in identifying search intent and user intent
• Knowledge of backlink strategies and press release SEO (reportage)
• Proven experience and success in SEO and search engine optimization projects
• Mastery of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio
• Experience in creating regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) performance reports with visual insights
• Website ranking monitoring and competitor analysis
• Strong understanding of SEO-friendly content writing practices
• Ability to report on backlink-building activities and off-page SEO campaigns
• Site performance analysis and technical SEO troubleshooting
• Experience with various CMS platforms, especially WordPress with Elementor and SEO plugins like Rank Math or Yoast
• Optimization of Core Web Vitals
• Handling Crawl & Indexing errors via Google Search Console
• Optimization of XML Sitemaps and robots.txt files
• Resolving redirect issues, 404 errors, and URL structure problems
• Speed optimization for desktop and mobile versions
• Experience in writing SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and news articles
• Understanding and practical experience with Programmatic SEO
