Senior Scrum Master

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate is a passionate Agile expert with strong facilitation and coaching skills, experienced in leading cross-functional teams toward continuous improvement and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles
• Identify and remove team impediments
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog grooming and prioritization
• Track and report Agile metrics (Velocity, Burn-down, Cycle Time)
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks (SAFe or LeSS is a plus)
• Experience managing multiple Scrum teams
• Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Servant leadership mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments
