Job Description

About the Role:

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Campaign Team Lead to drive the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple product verticals (such as groceries, fashion, electronics) within our fast-paced Qcommerce platform.
You will play a critical role in shaping how different customer segments engage with our brand, working closely with cross-functional teams including performance marketing, creative, content, and data analytics. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Build tailored campaign strategies for each vertical based on user behavior and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to launch innovative, performance-driven campaigns.

Vertical-Based Marketing

  • Analyze market insights and customer segments to create targeted strategies by product category.
  • Optimize campaigns based on consumer trends and data specific to Qcommerce dynamics.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the campaign team in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Align with performance marketing, creative, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Project & Performance Management

  • Own project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all campaign initiatives.
  • Define KPIs and analyze campaign performance by vertical, turning insights into action.
  • Report performance and recommendations to senior leadership.


Market & Trend Analysis

  • Stay ahead of consumer trends, competitor strategies, and vertical market shifts.
  • Explore and test new marketing channels to improve campaign effectiveness.

 
What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in campaign or vertical marketing, ideally in Qcommerce or tech
  • Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
