Job Description

·       Conduct research and evaluate suppliers, creating a comprehensive database of qualified suppliers and manufacturers based on price, quality, service, support availability, reliability, reputation, and effective collaboration history.

·       Obtain necessary import permits from the Ministry of Commerce and other relevant authorities, and provide regular reports on order lists and daily follow-ups.

·       Complete familiarity with commercial documents.

·       Analyze international target markets to identify business opportunities.

·       Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for export products.

·       Establish and manage relationships with international customers and partners.

·       Supervise import and export processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

·       Prepare and present analytical reports on target market performance and export activities.

·       Handle order registration, renewal, editing, obtaining SAT codes, product identification, representative definition, currency purchase, etc.

·       Prepare and complete banking forms for payment processing through banks.

·       Coordinate with logistics for smooth delivery of goods.

Your Qualifications:

·       Minimum two years of relevant work experience.

·       Familiarity with foreign trade activities (procurement, international transportation, and customs clearance).

·       Knowledge of import and export regulations.

·       Expertise in sourcing and negotiating with foreign suppliers, including price evaluation and supplier authenticity.

·       Ability to communicate effectively and ensure timely follow-up from order placement to delivery.

·       Proficiency in English (correspondence, negotiations, and documentation).

·       High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).

·       Familiarity with commercial correspondence and document archiving.

·       Comprehensive knowledge of INCOTERMS.

·       Complete understanding of financial transactions and international guarantees, with experience in handling foreign exchange transfers.

·       Thorough understanding of international logistics.

·       Mastery of the Comprehensive Trade System (NTSW) and the EPL system.

·       Proficiency in the import process from order registration to customs clearance.

·       Ability to translate and follow up on international trade correspondences and documents.

·       Pleasant, patient, and motivated personality.

·       Organized, positive, and energetic.

·       Detail-oriented, result-driven, and customer-focused.

·       Strong communication skills.

·       Knowledge of negotiation principles and techniques.

·       Familiarity with the process of fulfilling foreign currency obligations.
