As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring top technical talents to meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and execute recruitment plans. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing our employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and departmental leaders to define hiring needs, understand job requirements, and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networking, and direct outreach, to identify and attract passive and active candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine fit for specific technical roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate candidate feedback sessions, and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting our employer value proposition and effectively communicating our culture, mission, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to streamline recruitment processes, implement best practices, and continuously improve the candidate experience.
Required Skills:
