Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development, design, and UX teams to successfully develop and launch the product
• Plan the product, including backlog prioritization and effective communication with stakeholders
• Lead the development and improvement process of the product suite
• Create comprehensive documentation, such as Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and user stories
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation
• Manage the entire product feature lifecycle from strategic planning to execution, focusing on customer experience and addressing product gaps

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role
• Passion for solving customer problems
• Interest in the children’s sector (games, books, etc.)
• A technical background and understanding or hands-on experience in software development
• Data-driven and analytical thinking, with proficiency in using various tools and methodologies
• Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and related tools such as Jira and Confluence
