 About the role:

The mission of the Business Development Manager for SnappPay's financing line is to identify and leverage growth opportunities in loan offerings, ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives while enhancing customer experiences through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

 Responsibilities:

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee and ensure the successful execution of key projects.
• Collaborate with teams to implement strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve & optimize product and user experiences
• Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure execution of business line strategies and initiatives 

 Requirements:

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce.
• Familiar with data interpretation (Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
