ML Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ML Engineer to join our AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying advanced AI models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions and contribute to our mission of transforming data into impactful business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, train, and deploy AI models for various applications
    • Collaborate with software engineers and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions
    • Optimize and maintain models for performance and scalability in production environments
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI methodologies and technologies
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
    • At least 3 years of related work experience in machine learning
    • Proficiency in NLP technologies and services
    • Solid understanding of both classical machine learning models and deep learning techniques
    • Hands-on experience with libraries such as Transformers and PyTorch
    • Familiarity with large language models and their practical applications such as agent-based systems and RAG
    • Knowledge of supporting frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)
Preferred Skills and Experience:
    • Practical experience with ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) services
    • Familiarity with MLFlow and model tracking tools
    • Experience using deployment tools like FastAPI for seamless production rollout
    • Hands-on experience with Docker in production environments
