Financial Controller Assistant

Under the direction of the Financial Control Manager, the purpose of this role is to execute the company’s financial controlling function (excluding industrial cost controlling) and produce regular management accounts and information to better manage the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly statutory accounts, management accounts, and financial information for the monthly closing process.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s ledgers and the completeness of financial records.
• Collaborate closely with the accounting department and other various departments to ensure proper financial controls and transparency.
• Assist with financial reporting, internal control, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and internal/external audit processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with financial software.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and generally accepted accounting principles.
• Fluency in English and Persian.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
