

Main activities will include, but not limited to:
• Review contract and participation to contract definition
• Planning of the project phases and milestones for all internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress by periodical meetings with the Customer and internal team
• Advising on potential remedial action vs. unexpected events
• Timely (weekly) reporting of project progress and costs trends
• Ensuring payments execution in line with contract milestones
• Reviewing, assessing and ask for approval of any contract variations and delays
• Monitoring the project progress and costs and instigating/coordinating actions required to keep project on budget and on time.
• Ensuring that all interfaces between the project and other projects are adequately defined and controlled
• Follow up of the site activities progress and preparation of the action plan to completion
• Preparing the necessary documentation to obtain the hand-over to the customer (Final Acceptance Certificate)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Review contracts and contribute to their definition, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and schedules for internal/external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress through regular meetings with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Propose corrective actions for unforeseen challenges to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare weekly reports on project status, cost trends, and risk assessments.
- Ensure timely execution of payments in line with contract milestones.
- Manage contract variations, delays, and approvals in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Oversee interfaces between projects to ensure seamless coordination and resource allocation.
- Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare documentation for project handover, including Final Acceptance Certificates.
**Key Relationships:**
- **External:** Direct liaison with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
- **Internal:** Collaboration with Technical, Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Shipping teams.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project management/engineering within machine/metal manufacturing.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and contract management.
- Advanced skills in MS Project or similar planning software.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
