The Senior eCRM Specialist at Azki is responsible for planning, designing, executing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns to enhance customer experience and drive business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, sales, and data analytics teams to ensure alignment and maximize performance across the customer journey.

Responsibilities:
    •    Plan, design, and implement automated marketing campaigns across Email,
SMS, and Push Notification channels.
    •    Build user journeys and lifecycle workflows using marketing automation tools (e.g., WebEngage).
    •    Monitor campaign performance and optimize for engagement, conversion, and ROI.
    •    Collaborate with content, design, development, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and targeting.
    •    Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to inform ongoing improvements.
    •    Generate detailed performance reports and share insights with key stakeholders.
    •    Maintain documentation of processes, best practices, and campaign learnings.
    •    Provide training and support to internal teams on marketing automation tools.

Qualifications:
    •    3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM or marketing automation.
    •    Proficiency with platforms like WebEngage or similar.
    •    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with A/B testing and campaign analysis.
    •    Solid understanding of customer lifecycle and segmentation strategies.
    •    Strong communication and project management skills.
    •    Experience working in B2C industries such as fintech, insurtech, or e-commerce is a plus.
    •    Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio) is an advantage.
