
We're looking for a talented Talent Partner Intern for Mirana.
Responsibilities
• Assist the Talent Partnership team in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement creative strategies for attracting diverse talent.
• Provide support in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment experience.
• Conducting Interviews and assisting "Talent Partners" during the process.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing an engineering degree.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas to enhance the recruitment process.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sharp analytical skills.
