Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure and Technology Manager to lead the design, development, and management of our IT infrastructure. This role will be instrumental in providing shared services to our product development teams and collaborating closely with system architects to identify and implement the necessary infrastructure for architectural runway and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic IT infrastructure roadmap to support the organization’s digital products
Design and maintain a secure and scalable infrastructure architecture
Lead and manage DevOps, networking, database, service desk, and information security teams
Work closely with system architects to identify and provide the necessary architectural runway for product development
Optimize and implement CI/CD pipelines to enhance software delivery and operational efficiency
Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of on-premise and cloud-based infrastructures
Oversee information security and implement industry-standard security practices
Manage the infrastructure budget and optimize resource allocation
Build and lead high-performing technical teams, attracting top infrastructure talent
Collaborate with senior technology leaders to ensure alignment with business goals

Requirements & Qualifications

Strong leadership experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps, information security, networking, and databases
Deep knowledge of Cloud technologies, scalable systems, and microservices architecture
Expertise in DevOps tools and methodologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and security best practices
Proven ability to lead technical teams, develop strategic infrastructure plans, and optimize costs
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience in managing and developing high-availability and scalable infrastructure
