Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end implementation of media campaigns across digital platforms (display, video, social, programmatic, etc).
  • Upload, test, and troubleshoot creative assets, tags, and tracking pixels using ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, DV360, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Ensure timely campaign launches in coordination with media planning and creative teams.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and pacing to ensure objectives and KPIs are met.
  • Identify and resolve delivery or tracking issues, discrepancies, or underperformance.
  • Collaborate with media buyers and analysts to recommend real-time optimizations.
  • Generate and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and post-campaign wrap-ups.
  • Analyze campaign data to draw insights and suggest strategic improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity by validating metrics from multiple platforms.
  • Act as the point of contact between cross-functional teams (media, creative, analytics, tech) and external vendors.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of campaign specs, timelines, and operational workflows.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements to streamline campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on ad tech trends, industry best practices, and platform updates.
  • Ensure accurate audience targeting, budget allocations, and bid strategies within media platforms.
  • Manage and troubleshoot tag management systems and ensure proper data tracking.
