Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end implementation of media campaigns across digital platforms (display, video, social, programmatic, etc).
Upload, test, and troubleshoot creative assets, tags, and tracking pixels using ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, DV360, Meta Ads Manager)
Ensure timely campaign launches in coordination with media planning and creative teams.
Monitor campaign delivery and pacing to ensure objectives and KPIs are met.
Identify and resolve delivery or tracking issues, discrepancies, or underperformance.
Collaborate with media buyers and analysts to recommend real-time optimizations.
Generate and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and post-campaign wrap-ups.
Analyze campaign data to draw insights and suggest strategic improvements.
Ensure data integrity by validating metrics from multiple platforms.
Act as the point of contact between cross-functional teams (media, creative, analytics, tech) and external vendors.
Maintain detailed documentation of campaign specs, timelines, and operational workflows.
Support the implementation of process improvements to streamline campaign execution.
Stay updated on ad tech trends, industry best practices, and platform updates.
Ensure accurate audience targeting, budget allocations, and bid strategies within media platforms.
Manage and troubleshoot tag management systems and ensure proper data tracking.
