Job Description


Merchant Partnership Development Specialist is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for generating new business leads, establishing partnerships with merchants, and managing existing accounts. This role combines a proactive approach to business development with the ability to maintain and nurture long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the market, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset for driving growth through partnerships and account management.

Key Responsibilities


·       Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
·       Oversee the day-to-day management of merchant accounts, ensuring all needs are met and service
expectations are exceeded.
·       Maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
·       Negotiate contracts with customers.
·       Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues.
·       Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments.
·       Identify and target potential leads within the industry, using a variety of methods including market research, networking, and outreach.
·       Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospective leads and continuously monitor market trends for new
opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or account management, with a focus on lead generation and merchant partnerships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
