Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, beautiful, and impactful digital
experiences. You will be a key part of our product development team, crafting designs that translate complex health
data and services into seamless, user-friendly journeys. This role requires both creative vision and a strong
understanding of usability, accessibility, and digital product best practices

Responsibilities:

• Own the design process from research to prototyping to final visual design.
• Translate user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements into elegant and effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and AI teams to ensure alignment between design
and functionality.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
• Maintain and evolve Zeenome’s design system and visual identity across products.
• Benchmark industry standards and competitors to keep Zeenome at the forefront of digital design in healthtech.
• Document design decisions and workflows clearly to ensure consistency and understanding across teams.
• Improve the entire service journey through thoughtful interaction design and continuous optimization.
• Analyze the performance of design features and user interactions to propose data-driven improvements

Requirements:

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to conduct and apply insights from user research and usability testing.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
