Manage the entire recruitment cycle: from drafting job descriptions and posting ads to sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting - HR interviews, and coordinating final offers.
Use the CBI (Competency-Based Interview) method to assess candidates based on key skills and behaviors.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
Focus on timely and quality hiring for positions in various branches, particularly in operational departments across the country.
Track and update recruitment data and provide reports on hiring status.
Assist in planning and executing employer branding activities.
Requirements:
+2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume or operational hiring.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Human Resources Management, or Psychology.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards).
Experience working with ATS platforms
Strong communication and interview skills.
Ability to travel to other cities for recruitment purposes, when necessary
