Job Description

Position Objective:

The Fintech Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing both digital and non-digital marketing campaigns for fintech products of the Haf Hashtad app. This role requires close collaboration with product, content, design, and other internal teams to enhance brand presence and improve campaign performance in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and executing digital campaigns: Design and implement marketing campaigns to acquire and retain users across digital platforms.

Managing internal coordination: Work with product managers to understand product needs and goals, and collaborate regularly with content and design teams to produce and distribute aligned marketing content.

Reporting and performance analysis: Analyze campaign data and results, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to support continuous improvement.

Media planning: Develop and execute effective media plans for online advertising, including selecting appropriate channels (such as Google, social media, email marketing, etc.).

Supporting marketing strategies: Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and fintech product growth through creative and innovative ideas.

Advertising and branding management: Monitor brand consistency across campaigns and ensure alignment with the company’s values and tone of voice.

Market and competitor analysis: Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and strengthen the brand’s position.

Creative ideation: Develop original and engaging concepts for advertising campaigns and user lotteries to increase participation and user excitement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or fintech marketing.

Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).

Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Experience in developing marketing strategies and media plans.

Understanding of branding concepts and digital advertising techniques.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable business insights.

Basic proficiency in English.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
