Executive Associate

We need a talented Executive Associate to Work closely with the leadership team to support the design, execution, and monitoring of organizational strategies, analyze key data, and facilitate strategic decision-making.


Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of organizational strategies based on market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and internal data. 
• Assist in preparing analytical reports and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership. 
• Monitor industry trends and identify strategic opportunities or risks. 
• Track progress of key strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for strategic analysis. 
• Prepare executive summaries and presentations for leadership meetings. 
• Collect and analyze performance metrics (financial, operational, customer) to identify strengths and weaknesses. 
• Develop management dashboards and periodic reports for decision-making. 
• Set agendas for strategic meetings and document action items. 
• Follow up on key decisions to ensure timely execution.
