As a Sales & Marketing Specialized Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our presence at trade shows, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales growth. Your expertise in the industry and strong sales& marketing skills will be essential in maximizing our trade show opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Familiarity with Exhibitions, Sand design and construction: Telemarketers with a background in international exhibitions are likely familiar with the dynamics of event marketing and having enough knowledge of Sand design and construction.
· Excellent Communication Skills in English: Being able to possess strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with prospects.
· Sales and Persuasion Skills: Being able to persuade potential customers, handle objections, and ultimately close sales.
· Develop and execute sales strategies specifically tailored for trade shows to achieve company objectives.
· Identify and engage potential clients before, during, and after trade shows to generate leads and close sales.
· Resilience and Persistence: Resilience and persistence are crucial traits for cold calling as the candidate should handle rejections positively.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for trade show participation.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Analyze trade show performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
· Time Management: Sales Experts need to manage their time efficiently to reach a number of potential contracts with clients.
· Team Player: Being a team player, collaborating with colleagues, and sharing insights can contribute to overall team success.
· Regular Reporting: Establish a regular reporting schedule. This could include weekly or monthly reports summarizing key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
· Problem-Solving: Telemarketers will encounter challenges and obstacles. It's important that they not only report problems but also offer potential solutions.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on trade shows or events preferred.
· Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
