

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with expertise in foreign trade operations to support our international business team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-border transactions, documentation, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Foreign Trade Coordination:
Manage communications with international clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Prepare and review export/import documentation (e.g., invoices, certificates of origin, shipping contracts).
Track shipments, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations (e.g., Incoterms, tariffs).
Assist in negotiating terms with overseas partners.
Administrative Support:
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize travel arrangements for executives.
Draft and proofread business correspondence, reports, and presentations in English.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and trade-related data.
Market Research & Reporting:
Monitor global market trends and regulatory changes impacting trade.
Prepare summaries of competitor activities and potential business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade, or related field.
3+ years of experience in foreign trade operations or executive support roles.
Fluent in English (written/spoken); additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic) are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and trade management software.
Strong understanding of export/export compliance, customs procedures, and logistics.
Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
