React Native Mobile Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented React Native Mobile Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. A critical part of the position is hands-on experience with publishing apps to both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, and staying compliant with their latest policies and submission guidelines.

 
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across a wide range of devices.
Prepare and publish apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, managing provisioning, certificates, and release notes.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines, including privacy and data handling regulations.
Monitor app performance, crash reports, and analytics to identify and fix bugs or usability issues.
Contribute to code reviews and maintain code quality through testing and documentation.
 
Requirements
3+ years of experience in mobile development with React Native.
Proven experience in publishing and maintaining apps on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Strong knowledge of store submission processes, app signing, and release management.
Familiarity with App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Policies.
Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience with tools such as Git, Xcode, Android Studio, and build automation pipelines.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, mobile architecture, and state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API).
 
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with OTA updates (e.g., CodePush, EAS).
Familiarity with native development (Swift, Kotlin) is a plus.
Exposure to CI/CD tools like Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or Fastlane.
Experience working in agile teams and startup environments.
