DevOps Engineer

**Responsibilities:**

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and efficient integration, testing, and deployment processes.

- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability, scalability, and security.

- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement improvements to enhance stability and reliability.

- Ensure proper logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms are in place for all environments.

- Assist in the management and configuration of container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.

- Conduct regular system and security audits to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.

- Provide support for development and production environments, ensuring quick resolution of issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for software delivery.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the DevOps processes.

- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies promptly.

 
**Requirements:**

- Solid understanding of networking principles, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.

- Proficiency with operating systems (Linux/Unix and Windows) and server administration.

- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD

- Expertise with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in a DevOps environment.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple technical teams.

- Good self-learning and research skills (ability to find an answer to a question or a solution to solve a problem).

- Good team-working skills.

- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

- Familiarity with .NET and Node.js is a plus.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale, production environment.
