Your Mission
As our B2B Business Development lead, you'll be responsible for driving growth by building partnerships with organizations that care about the health and well-being of their teams. You’ll own the full B2B lifecycle from identifying potential partners to closing deals and growing long-term relationships.

 
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify target organizations for strategic health partnerships
Lead outreach efforts and present Zeenome’s value proposition to HR executives and decision-makers
Design and tailor partnership proposals based on client needs
Negotiate, close, and manage B2B contracts and ongoing relationships
Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Track and analyze KPIs to improve lead generation, conversion, and retention
Act as an internal advocate for partner needs and feedback
 
You Are
Experienced: 3+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development (preferably in health, wellness, or HR-related services)
Strategic & proactive: You take initiative, work independently, and think big
A great communicator: Able to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
Customer-obsessed: You understand pain points and tailor solutions accordingly
Data-driven: You leverage insights to optimize approaches and report impact
Passionate about health, longevity, and innovation
