Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage end-to-end import/export processes
Full proficiency in working with government trade platforms, including:
‣ Iran Trade Promotion System (NTSW)
‣ EPL (Iran Customs)
‣ Order registration platforms
‣ Hemta, Nima, and related portals
Manage all customs clearance procedures and documentation
Communicate and coordinate with banks, Ministry of Industry (MIIM), customs offices, and freight forwarders
Identify and evaluate foreign suppliers (strategic sourcing)
Conduct professional commercial negotiations and correspondence
Ensure cost-effective procurement with optimal terms and delivery
Oversee international shipping, insurance, and trade documentation
Provide market analysis and supply chain strategy reports
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, International Trade, MBA, or related fields
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in import/export, preferably in a manufacturing environment and food industries
Fluent in English (spoken and written – essential for negotiation and correspondence)
In-depth knowledge of customs laws, international logistics, Incoterms, and LC procedures
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
Familiarity with ERP and trade-related software is a plus
