Key Responsibilities

• Establish strong communication and collaboration across product management, development, and business teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document user and stakeholder requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear product specifications and ensure technical feasibility through close collaboration with the development team.
• Prepare, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in alignment with the product roadmap and business priorities.
• Ensure all requirements are well-documented, transparent, and clearly understood by the development team.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups.
• Review deliverables, QA testing, and validating development outputs to ensure they meet required acceptance criteria.
• Conduct regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback to refine and evolve features.
• Maintain close involvement in the development lifecycle and monitor team progress.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and UI/UX designers to create user-friendly dashboards and internal tools.
• Make informed UI/UX-related decisions where needed, ensuring usability and clarity.
• Clearly communicate requirements and expectations to both developers and designers to ensure alignment and efficient delivery.
• Maintain an ongoing understanding of internal workflows and translate them into smart product improvements.

Knowledge and Skills 

• Ability to manage the delivery process end-to-end, including QA ownership and post-delivery validation.
• Working knowledge of UI/UX best practices, especially in dashboard/panel interfaces — capable of making practical design decisions when needed.
• Ability to document tasks and manage development progress using Jira
• Ability to use Figma effectively to review and minor edits on designs
• Excellent communication skills, especially with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to documentation and prioritization.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably with internal platforms, dashboards, or operational tools.
• Experience collaborating with design resources and bridging the gap between design and engineering.
• Experience with Agile development and product lifecycle management tools.
